Army Ranger Lead The Way Fund (LTWF) is an active duty, casualty assistance, recovery, transition and Veterans organization that has provided over $21 million in financial support to members of 75th Ranger Regiment and their families. The organization was founded by Gold Star Parents Jim and Mary Regan to honor the life and legacy of their son, SGT James J. Regan, after he was Killed In Action in Iraq in 2007. Since inception in 2008, LTWF has worked closely with the Ranger Regiment and the USSOCOM Warrior Care Program (Care Coalition) to address the ongoing needs of our Rangers. Over nearly 20 years, LTWF has shaped Ranger specific programs that fill the needs that are not being met by the government and other organizations.
Each year LTWF works tirelessly through various fundraising and awareness events to raise much needed funds to meet the needs signaled from the Ranger Regiment and are offered exclusively to the wounded, injured and ill active-duty members of the 75th Ranger Regiment and their families.
