RUN LIKE AN AVOIDANT

Celebrate Kenny Dove's new single, "AVOIDANT", with a morning of movement.

The morning will start with a quick run around the neighborhood, followed by a Slow Flow Yoga session led by Paper Moon Wellness and ending the morning off with an ice cold plunge.

We will also have Cassia Coffee Cart with coffee available for purchase.
