Introducing Sponsor Management on Run This
We are excited to launch a new feature on Run This that supports one of the most important parts of your event. Sponsor Management brings all sponsor and partner information into a single, organized home so you can manage these relationships with clarity and care.
Sponsors and partners are often the first to support your vision. They believe in your mission and help bring your race to life. These are relationships worth protecting, and now you have tools that match the level of trust you build with them.
What this does
Sponsor Management lets you handle every part of your sponsor workflow directly inside Run This. You can add sponsors, send invoices, mark outside payments as paid, track commitment levels, store contact information, and organize your sponsorship tiers. Your entire event can also use either the word Sponsor or Partner, depending on what fits your community best.
When you renew your race, all of your sponsor information is still available. You can see who supported you, what they contributed, and how committed they were. These details can be carried forward into your next race year so you begin conversations with full context and stronger connections.

Open your event dashboard and navigate to the new Sponsor Management section. Add your sponsors, set their details, create invoices, and begin organizing for your next race year.
