Buying from an event shop
Some races sell items to anyone, registered or not: a race shirt, a hat, a parking pass, breakfast for a friend who came to cheer. Pay once on your phone, then pick up your order at the race.

- The race page. Tap Event shop under Register, or an item in the Event shop section.
- The Run This app. On the race screen, tap Event shop. The shop opens in the app.
- A link or a QR sign. A race can share its shop by link, or put a QR sign at its check-in table. Some races keep their shop off the race page and share it only this way.
Pick your items
Tap an item, choose a size if it has one, and tap Add to cart. If the item asks a question, like a name to print, answer it first.Check out
Open Cart. Add your name and an email for your receipt. You don't need a Run This account.Pay
Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. You pay one processing fee per order.
When your payment goes through you see your pickup code and its QR, what you bought, and the email your receipt went to. Press Save the code to keep a picture of the code and QR on your phone, so you have it at the race even with no signal. Your receipt email has the code and the QR too. At the race, show the code or the QR at the table. The race's pickup instructions say where and when.
Refunds come from the race. Contact the race if you need one. A refund returns the item's price. The processing fee isn't refunded. If something sells out while you're paying, your whole payment comes back to your card automatically.
