Run This Runner: the game

A 16-bit endless-runner hiding in your dashboard. Jump the obstacles, rack up miles, and chase your friends up the leaderboard. It has no effect on anything real. It's just for fun.

How to open it

On your athlete dashboard, tap the game-controller button in the top bar, or the Run This Runner card on the dashboard itself. The game opens right over whatever you were doing.

How it works

One control: jump. Your runner speeds up the longer you last, and your score is the distance you cover, in miles. Cross real race distances mid-run (a mile, a 5K, a 10K, a half, even a full marathon) and the game celebrates each milestone.

  • Three worlds, each with its own obstacle: Track (clear the hurdles), Road (leap the aid stations), and Trail (bound over the rocks).
  • Pick your runner: a handful of characters with different looks; choose whoever feels fast.
  • Your lifetime miles add up across every run and show on the dashboard card.

Leaderboards

Each world keeps its own best-score board (Track, Road, and Trail) plus a combined Overall board. Only your personal best counts, so a bad run never hurts your standing. You can view each board a few ways:

  • Global: everyone on Run This, with your own true rank shown even if you're outside the top.
  • Following: just the people you follow (and you).
  • Club: members of your club.

Private accounts appear as “Private runner” on the global board. They keep their rank, but their name and profile stay hidden.

Zero stakes

Runner scores don't touch your race history, trophies, or anything a race director sees. Bragging rights only.
