For race directors
Your race stats email
Run This emails you a short summary of how your race is doing, from Kelby, with your numbers and a direct line to him. You choose how often it comes and what it shows, race by race.

- New registrations for the period, how many are registered in all, and how full the race is, with a chart by day.
- Compared with last year: where you stand against the same number of days before race day last year, when your race has a past year on Run This.
- Page views and saves, each compared with the period before.
- Your take-home: what your race took in for the period and for the year so far, after fees and refunds. It matches your Finance page.
- Unfinished checkouts: how many people reached your checkout and didn't finish, how many got a reminder email, and how many came back and finished.
- How full each distance is, where people found you (the top places your page views came from), and a few fun facts such as returning runners, states and ages.
- Coming up: your next price increase, when one is set.
- A note from Kelby with his phone number and email. Replying to the email reaches him directly.
If your race registers on another site, Run This can't see your sign-ups, so the email shows page views, saves, and how many people clicked through to your registration page.
- Weekly (the starting setting for races that register on Run This): Monday mornings, about the week before.
- Monthly (the starting setting for races that register on another site): the first Monday of the month, about the month before.
- Daily: every morning, about the day before.
- Never: no stats emails for that race.
Emails go out at 7 AM Central. If almost nothing happened in a day, week or month (fewer than 10 page views and no sign-ups, saves or clicks), that email is skipped. If you direct more than one race, the races due the same morning come in one email, with a section for each.
The bottom of every stats email has buttons for Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Never. One tap changes that race's setting, with no sign-in. Choose what's in it opens a page where you can turn each section on or off for that race, or use the same settings for all your races. You can also turn off every race stats email there.
You can also change it without the email: on the website, in your race's dashboard, tap the chart icon at the bottom of the menu, next to the bell. It opens your settings for that race, with a link to all your races.
Two days after race day you get one recap: how many registered, checked in and finished, your take-home, how you compared with last year, and when your runners signed up. It also has a button to renew for next year. After the recap, the stats email stops until you renew your race. In the meantime the renewal reminders tell you how many people saved your race, since each of them hears from Run This when next year's registration opens.
